Server virtualization with VMware ESX and MS Hyper V

With use of server virtualization especially powerful physical servers are logical split up in multiple virtual servers. This takes place by virtualization software which logical decouples the hardware from software (operating system and applications). Thereby available hardware resources of server systems like RAM and disk space can be dynamic assigned to the logical level, also many virtual machines/servers. Every virtual server can offer a different function. The virtualization allows us to use the used hardware more efficient and considerably enhance the operation grade and provide it application oriented and quick for staff members. After extensive evaluation of the products available at the market we decided in favor of VMware ESX with VI and Microsoft Hyper V.
